English speaking architect in Jávea / Xàbia on the Costa Blanca in Spain

As a licensed architect accredited by the Spanish Chamber of Architects, I have been designing and constructing in the Costa Blanca region since 2003. My areas of service include Jávea / Xàbia, Dénia, Teulada Moraira, Benissa and Altea in Alicante.

I am supported by independent specialist planners and engineers. With a lot of experience, good contacts to authorities and reputable craftsmen, I plan your construction project and advise you on all questions of construction, building permits and the purchase of real estate - in German, Spanish and English.

I offer ambitious planning, meticulous attention to detail, procurement of legal permissions, and management of the technical and financial aspects of your construction project. I am present on site during the construction phase to prevent errors or defects from occurring in the first place.

My work as an architect

As an architect, I do not restrict my designs to a particular style or architectural language as each construction project is one-of-a-kind. What matters is the spatial quality, volume proportions, and materiality, always within the context of the environment.

For quality architecture, one must harmonise the distinctiveness of the location, the client's needs, and the technical, legal, and financial constraints. It's not just about creating buildings that are impressive externally, but that also convince from within.

A construction project isn't merely a substantial investment, but it also determines people's quality of life for generations. This is the architect's great responsibility.

I also provide expert advice on the purchase of property and land. The thorough, independent examination of all documents and a technical appraisal help to uncover hidden costs, minimise legal risks and thus make an informed decision.
